„BEING ALIKE, APPEARING SO DIFFERENT“

„New ideas. New perspectives. But also old values and norms. With my art I want to show how similar thoughts and feelings can be. How close and alike human beings are. However, at the same time they appear so far and different. It’s about values and about the experienced. Love and hatred. The felt and wanted. Thoughts and truth. What does a human being strive for? And what is worthwhile?“

Temorscha Zoltani began his studies in engineering sciences which strongly shaped his spatial thinking skills and innovative spirit. During this time, Zoltani began to seek a creative outlet to explore the issues of tolerance and diversity, driven by a deeply personal experience born and raised in Germany and of Afghani origin. As a counter to the self-centered, power-hungry and isolationist tendencies in today’s world, Zoltani aims to tackle the topics of tolerance, love, consciousness and humanity to remind his viewers of the power and potential of diversity. Zoltani combines in his work elements of neo expressionism, street art, abstract figuration and classic painting techniques. If stream of consciousness and mind mapping could be framed, they might resemble one of these provocative pieces. Colorful codes, self written poems, and veiled verses to latent thoughts. These polychromatic paintings show how mechanics, texts and forms erupt in Zoltani’s ecletic style.
